Churches are a place that communicated many things and beauty of creation should one of them - whether that’s excitement upon entering the kids’ zone, reminder of stories and traditions a faith is built on, or making space for messages with a modern, peace-bearing aesthetic. You’ll see below, the designs we’ve created are as diverse as the churches we’ve created for!

 

KING OF THE NATIONS

“Joyful Stories”
King of the Nations Church, Rockville, MD

This spirit-filled church was ready to invest in children’s spaces that continued the energy and joy of the church. Fun Places designed and completed an update of the children’s wing entrance, parent room, kids’ large group area, a bathroom and four additional classrooms. Murals were designed by geometrically simplifying key verses and Biblical stories prevalent to each age. Painted wall panels were added in the parents room and nursery to use intentional verses and quotes to encourage.
