Schools are one of our favorite places to bring meaningful design to since they are the hub of children’s lives and learning for so many hours. What should be more important than having an engaging space that has the aesthetics and beauty purposed to the value of their time? From elementary school bathrooms, gyms and libraries, even playgrounds, middle school entries, stairwells, quotes and cafeterias, to high school sports medicine rooms, and more, school design not only uplifts the students, but teacher morale and all who enter!

Simpson Middle School: Entry

“Blazing Bright Mustangs”
Simpson Middle School, Leesburg, VA

This school is one of the oldest middle schools in the county and the environment didn’t fit all the amazing initiatives and unique programs for leaning going on inside these walls. Outdated murals and blank walls were reimagined to have purpose by celebrating key truths and Mustang pride with a fresh color palette and bold graphics. Phase 1 in a transformative all-school redesign, which absolutely made a difference in the energy and joy of students and faculty alike!
