Ella's Mandalas

My talented daughter has a gift at drawing mandalas of all sorts, which we love! Partnering with her, we have created headboards, decorative plates to go on horse jumps and a large bathroom wall mural, along with other art! The process of watching her draw these is meditative… then we paint around her chalk drawings and erase the line art for a cool effect! Not only are they beautiful, but can represent so much too - a mandala is a symbol of the universe in its ideal form, and its creation signifies the transformation of a universe of suffering into one of joy, or can represent the circle and seasons of life.
