The owner of the barn gave Fun Places free reign to design a mural for this barn interior - so we chose an homage to the beautiful mountainscape of the nearby Shenandoah Valley and silhouettes that honored horses who had passed on at the barn, as well as the owners and their styles of riding. The finishing touch was a quote by Helen Keller that echoes what riders feel when in this element among these gentle animals - “The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen nor touched, but just felt in the heart."
