COMMERCIAL INDOOR

All around are indoor spaces and walls that can benefit hugely from creative design - whether that’s to add fun and comfort for children coming to the dentist, to celebrate and teach on a place, to maintain history, to contribute large scale to a style of a space or to add functional fun and interactive components such as animal growth charts, “smiling” dentist mirrors, or hunt & find logos
- the options are endless and the impact is enormous!

Graffiti & Silk for Mobile Hope

“Graffiti & Silk”
Purcellville, VA

Mobile Hope, a non-profit serving at risk teens & young adults in Loudoun County, opened an unique vintage store in Purcellville called Graffiti & Silk. This project was made with pure love, talent, creativity & care with every inch of this store has craftsmanship and unique treasures to find all over it. They focus on sustainability, community building, body positivity, diversity and education, while using the store as a lab for their young adult clients in the Rise Up! Trade School program for entrepreneurship.

The rotating mural garden was founded and curated by Fun Places. The 4’x4’ and 4’x2’ murals for display (and sale!) were completed by Fun Places & students at Loudoun School for Advanced Studies. (The fish one below is one of ours!) Fun Places also got to paint the grand logo wall at the entrance, and signage murals to both the Community Fridge (available for taking what’s needed or help stock with food to give) & “Mood” - the monthly curated ever-changing room that will feature unique items designed around a theme.

We can’t say enough about this store - the enjoyment & welcome you will get from it & the ways it will benefit all the amazing things Mobile Hope is doing in our communities. Make sure you put it on your list to go visit soon & spread the word and find more info about Mobile Hope or Graffiti & Silk HERE!
